Hello NSES Family!  As the Assistant Principal of NSPS and NSES, I love being part of the Ninety Six community and sharing in your child's learning experiences.  As a small-town girl from Gray Court, SC, our community sure feels like home!  My husband, Jason, and I are both in education and love what we do!  We also have three children - Emma Kate, Bailey, and Connor; they keep us busy with dance and sports.  I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and cheering on our Wildcats!  

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from USC-Upstate and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Converse College.  In 2009, I became a National Board Certified Teacher in Early and Middle Childhood Literacy and renewed my certification in 2019.  I also have an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University. 

Before coming to NSPS, I taught 3rd and 4th grade for 11 years and served as a reading interventionist for 3 years at Woodruff Elementary.  After that I worked at Edgewood Middle School for 3 years in a similar role.  In 2021, I became the Assistant Principal for our primary and elementary schools.  It's a pleasure to work with such an amazing community of parents and educators to provide our students with the best learning experiences possible!
