First in Math

We are excited that our students are Ninety Six Elementary School will be able to participate in this fun engaging program! The First in Math program lets all students work today the same learning objective as they focus individually on tasks at their own level.  There are tons of math activities your child can do as they increase their learning skills.
Students have been given a sticker with their ID and their Password that is unique to them.  They simply log on to www.firstinmath.com.   They will then enter their ID and their PW.  Students will earn points (stickers) as they work on engaging activities to sharpen those skills!  Students can also check out their ranking within the class, grade, and school. This is just a little friendly competition to help keep students engaged and energized.
Each morning their Math teacher will log on to her account and see who is the PLAYER OF THE DAY.  That student has earned the right to wear the badge and lanyard as a way to recognize their effort and achievement.  The teacher will also be able to keep track of students' abilities and proficiencies over time.
This is a GREAT program for your child to do at home!  PS: Once a student has earned a lot of stickers, they will have the opportunity to add a family member as well! I know I played it many times when we had it several years ago!  Mrs. Bledsoe wrote a grant for this program and I am personally excited to see we have it again!
So, get your child started on this exciting program!!!!!
