Hello! Welcome to NSES!!
My name is Becky Rush. I will be your child's 5th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher this year. I have taught 3rd-6th grade throughout my career. I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education, Masters in Education, Gifted and Talented Endorsement, and will graduate from Lander in the Spring with my Masters +30 in Instructional Technology.
I have been married to my husband, Chris for 18 years and we have 2 children. Our oldest is Zoe, is in the 7th grade at EMS and our son, Zeb is in Mrs. Gardner's 4th grade class. I am the oldest of 5 girls.
I have been teaching for 17 years.
I love reading, the beach, summertime, and watching my children play ALL the sports they participate in.
I am excited to be working with your child this year in English Language Arts and Social Studies.
