Honors Chorus
Ninety Six Elementary School’s Honors Chorus is a gifted program for those students who have exceptional musical talent. It is an audition only group where the students must sing in front of three judges and be chosen to participate in the program based on their score. The honors chorus will meet on Thursdays until 4:00 pm each week. Attendance is required for performing with this group. The purpose of the chorus is to rehearse weekly to learn proper choral singing skills and to be able to perform in the community and at school events. The students must have a ride because we do not provide transportation after rehearsal. Also, each student must be able to purchase any required costume, which is normally a chorus t-shirt, for performing. The honors chorus is directed by Crystil Still and Michelle Rowell.
